2022 Golf Outing

You may fill out the registration form either on the web form to the right/below, or the pdf link at the bottom of this page. You may select payment options as part of the registration form. If you want to pay online, a link will be provided in the registration confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a half hour, please contact Lee or Brad.

Registration includes:

Practice range, limited locker room facilities, 18 holes of golf (scramble/best ball format) with cart, (8) tickets good for hot dogs/beer/pop @ clubhouses & halfway house, social hour on patio, cash bar and golf prizes.

  • 5:30 p.m. Cash Bar

  • 6:30 p.m. Dinner – Family Style

  • 7:30 p.m. Award Golf and Door Prizes
