Our monthly meeting for October will be on Thursday, October 18th. Our presenters will be:

Condensing Boilers: New Technologies to Maximize Efficiency

David and Kevin will discuss theory on combustion and condensation and the differences between low-mass and high-mass boiler system. They will also provide example applications where the application of this knowledge has lead to new technology able to better maximize the efficiencies in boiler systems.

David Larsson is the Distribution Sales Director for Gunn & Pegelow who is a HVAC Manufacturers Representative for several product lines including Viessmann condensing boilers. He received a Bachelor degree in International Business & Marketing from Illinois State University. David brings 16 years of technical sales experience in the HVAC and test & measurement Industries. His role includes managing the distribution channel for our products in Indiana and Illinois, supporting the mechanical engineering community and he performs regular trainings on various HVAC topics to a wide variety of audiences.

Kevin McLaughlin is the Vice President of Gunn & Pegelow and he has spent the past 15 years in the HVAC industry. He has an extensive controls background with an Electrical Engineering degree from Clemson University. Kevin focuses on the commercial side of the business where he works closely with the engineering community & mechanical contractors to help find solutions and specify various types of equipment from the 10+ product lines Gunn & Pegelow represents.
