Roger DePoy works for Indiana Michigan Power as the Energy Efficiency and Consumer Program Coordinator. He has nearly 40 years of experience in managing large facilities such as shopping malls and hospitals, and has concentrated on reducing energy consumption, through such measures as lighting retrofits and mechanical upgrades. Roger has a B.A. from Albion College, and is a Certified Energy Manager.

Kurt Kenning is a Field Engineer with Lockheed Martin Energy, the program administrator for the Nipsco Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program. Kurt has been in a similar role since 2012 with the Energizing Indiana Program 2012-2014 and then With Franklin Energy as an Outreach Manager in 2015, then Joining Lockheed Martin Energy in 2016-present supporting the C&I programs in Northwest Indiana. Kurt is Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and was a residential Energy Auditor (BPI) for 2 years, 2010-2012.

Presidential Visit

We have confirmed that the ASHRAE President for 2019, Sheila Hayter, will be visiting the Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan region in April. She currently plans to be in South Bend for lunch on Thursday April 18th, which aligns with our normally scheduled meeting. As a result, there will only be a lunch meeting for the month of April. Please mark your calendars to keep the date available. More details regarding the lunch itself will follow.
