This AAA Four Diamond hotel was recently renovated with the desire to achieve LEED Silver certification.

Tour

First there will be a "front-side" tour of the newly renovated facility. Next, you will go behind the scenes and be given a mechanical tour by Notre Dame mechanical engineer Jamey Bontrager-Singer, LEED-AP, PE.

Lunch

Included with the tour will be lunch served in the Carmichael Suite and includes your choice of chicken, beef, or fish main dish and several beverages. Be sure to mark your choice while registering.

Parking

There is complimentary parking in the gated BK1 lot near the Notre Dame Bookstoore (plan for extra time to arrive). This is a 2-block walk back to the hotel. Please pull up to the valet in front of the Morris Inn and inform them that you wish to self-park. The valet will provide you with a code, hang tag, and walking map.
