Letter to ASHRAE Benefactors

Dear Fellow ASHRAE Benefactors,

On July 27^th, 2017, the Northern Indiana Chapter will proudly host the Chapters Regional Conference (CRC) for Region V in South Bend! It has been thirteen years since our chapter last hosted the CRC, which we hosted at the Radisson Star Plaza in Merrillville.

For those who are unfamiliar, the CRC is a three day meeting where all of the region’s chapters come together to discuss the past year’s business, attend workshops and take part in a local technical tour. Region 5 is made up of 12 chapters from the three states of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Each chapter will send a delegate, an alternate and a chairperson for each committee within the chapter. Along with chapter attendees, our regional chairpersons and even society representatives will be present. The event is also open to all of the attendee’s family members, so it is a great opportunity to showcase South Bend and our chapter to others in the Midwest.

It takes a lot of planning, resources and hard work to put an event like this together. Besides volunteer’s time and efforts, we need the support of our local ASHRAE benefactors (YOU!). Recognizing ASHRAE’s mission “to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world”, we ask you for a sponsorship from your organization. A sponsorship level sheet is included for your review. The top three levels have limited availability and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Each level will advertise your organization in different ways in return for your generous support. When choosing your level of support, please keep in mind that ASHRAE is a non-profit 501c organization and that your organization will be advertised to HVAC&R related businesspeople from all across the Midwest.

Hosting the ASHRAE Region V CRC in Northwest Indiana only occurs every 12-13 years. Please take advantage of this rare opportunity to show your support of South Bend, our ASHRAE chapter, region and society as a whole. Thank you for your continued support! We cannot do this without you!
